David Balcom
Vice President of Partnerships
David Balcom is a VP of Partnerships at Breakout Finance, where he has been a key member of the team since March 2022. David brings valuable financial services experience to his role, having previously worked as a mortgage loan officer before joining Breakout.
David holds a degree in Risk Management from Penn State's prestigious Smeal College of Business, providing him with a strong foundation in financial risk assessment and management principles that he applies daily in his business development work.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, David maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys working out and playing golf. He is also a dedicated fan of Boston sports teams and enjoys following their success throughout the seasons.
