Nathaly Rubio is the Executive & HR Administrator at Breakout Finance, where she started as an intern in November 2016 and has grown into a key member of the team. Over the years, she has become a vital part of the organization, supporting and collaborating with Executives as well as teams across IT, Legal, and Collections to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College. A Northern Virginia native, Nathaly enjoys going to the gym, solving puzzles, building LEGO sets, and most importantly, spending time with her two daughters.
