Ryan is responsible for shaping and driving the Company’s overall strategy and ensuring its alignment with the firm’s vision and goals. Ryan was the founder of 12Five Capital in 2010 which merged with Breakout in 2023. He founded the business to meet the needs of an underserved portion of the community, seeking to be the first choice of business financing for its clients by hiring top-quality employees who share its philosophy and mindset. Ryan is a thought leader in the factoring space and speaks on a consistent basis at the annual International Factoring Association (IFA) conference, and maintains a leadership role as Secretary on the Board of the American Factoring Association (AFA).
